Varun Naidu possesses an extensive expertise in operational policing

Indeed, the life of a police officer is too diverse and complicated to be reduced to simple principles. For a police officer, every situation is different. He actually learns from handling a multitude of what seem like the unique situations over and over again. An expertise in policing, Varun Naidu has been actively involved in a myriad of tasks ranging from solving the crimes and protecting the community to responding to accidents and incidents. With a higher integrity and character, Varun Naidu possesses a solid experience of over 26 years in operational policing as an investigator, supervisor, manager, and executive. Besides, he holds a diverse background in Patrol Division, Drug Section, Criminal Investigation Branch, Emergency Response Team, and Community Policing. 

When it comes to change management, it is all about guiding how you prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes. Thus, it provides a structured approach for supporting the individuals in your organization to move from their own current states to their future states. Varun holds a proven track of record of leading teams to meet the strategic direction of an organization through change management. Apart from change management, he is highly competent in leadership, investigations, conflict resolution, report writing, court testimony, emergency management, and team building. 

Serving the Delta Police Department for years, Varun Naidu oversaw 200 sworn officers, 73 support staff, and over 200 volunteers. Besides, he operated an annual budget of 34 million dollars. Being the part of management team, he worked collaboratively with Delta Police Association and the Canadian Union of Public Employees. 

During his free time, Varun Naidu loves to watch sports especially NFL. Besides, he regularly goes to gym and has travelled a lot along with his family. Soon, he will join the Porsche club. Apart from this, he is quite fond of reading and watching movies. 

Pertaining to his education credentials, Varun Naidu graduated from the University of British Columbia with Bachelor of Education. Pertaining to the awards he has received, he won the Oliver Thompson Memorial Award at the Police Academy.
